Eligible Refunds
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos. After verification, we will process a replacement or refund.
Natural Product
Afri Root is a natural product and individual results may vary. We recommend using it regularly for at least 30 days to experience the full benefits.
Opened Products
Once the product seal is opened and the product is used, it is not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of confirmed quality issues.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
